Pre-Sales Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Engineer based in Kuwait City. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, understanding customer requirements, and designing appropriate solutions. They will also collaborate with clients to demonstrate how proposed solutions meet their business objectives, deliver product presentations, and ensure successful integration with existing systems. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to address security concerns and ensure the overall success of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support and Presales roles to address customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Knowledge of Sales processes and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of Integration processes and the ability to design seamless solutions that align with clients’ existing systems
• Proficiency in Security frameworks and practices to identify and address potential technical risks in proposed solutions
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the IT solutions/technology sector is an advantage
